The view from my Premium Sea View Room, breathtaking. Every morning, I woke up to the beautiful horizon. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a lovely balcony. I enjoyed the diverse breakfast options, especially the fresh fruits and made-to-order omelets. The staff, particularly Nada in customer relations, did a fantastic job addressing all my needs before and during my stay. The beach area was nice, with plenty of loungers available. The shallow waters were great for a relaxing swim. The spa was a highlight. the treatments offered were rejuvenating. However, I faced some challenges. The main pool was under renovation without prior notification. I noticed cleanliness issues in several areas, particularly around the dining facilities. Some food items were not up to standard, which was disappointing, especially at the Italian restaurant. More attention to maintenance around the garden and pathways is necessary. Overall, a pleasant stay, but a few improvements are needed for a better experience.

The amazing sunsets every evening were amazing, and I couldn’t believe the level of service from the staff. There was this bartender, Younis Ahmed, at the lobby bar, who not only knew my drink but really made my evenings special with those custom cocktails he whipped up just for me.

It wasn’t the cheapest place, but honestly, it was still worth it.
